The brain is the most important part of our body. With that said, it is therefore absolutely essential that it gets the proper food intake to function at maximum efficiency.

These are the best foods that you can eat to increase your brain functions:

1 – Spinach

The nutrients found in spinach are proven to be beneficial in mental and physical capabilities! The green leaves are rich in chlorophyll which is beneficial to the health of your blood.
